We have provided high temperature fabric protection products to the Primary Metals Industry since 1995

What We Do

Billet Straightener rolling out the rough shape to send to the billet table.

Extreme Protection

We custom fabricate cable, hose and equipment covers to help control the damage from the Melt Shop & Caster Environment.

These covers will enclose thruster or drum brakes and allow for quick inspection.

Damage Prevention for Equipment

Keep the crane brakes working and extend the life of the shoes with an easy to install cover that keeps dust out and facilitates inspection access.

Consteel Scrap Duct Seals

Seal the gap with our high temperature 5 layer product made to order for your continuous scrap feed system.

Cable and Hose Sleeving

Water Hoses, Hydraulic hose and control cabling at the Furnace can be sleeved to extend the lifespan.

Tilt Cylinders, Mast Arm Cylinders can be protected with a removable bellows or boot.

Fire Shield Panels

Curtains hung around or below the Furnace to protect from molten splatter and high heat.

Crane Brake Covers

Thruster or Drum brakes can be covered to protect from dust, splash and spark. Brake shoes last longer when protected.

Festoon Protection

Protective Jacketing  of a single loop or the entire festoon will keep your crane operating in even the most extreme conditions.

Limit Switch Covers

Keep the dust and splatter from damaging the equipment that keeps your crane functioning.

Outdoor Cranes

We fabricate crane brake covers for outdoor applications to keep them dry and prevent rusting. Store your scrap magnet with a weather tight cover.

Caster

Break outs

We offer extreme temperature curtains and water header covers to keep the steel from 'sticking' to the strand equipment. This saves time on down day clean up in the spray chamber.

Equipment Covers

Protect your investment with our Panoplia Curtains and custom covers. Molten Steel can be pooled or laundered away with these products

Melter's Glasses

Furnace viewing glasses for molten steel

Regular Glasses

All metal hardware built to last. These viewing glasses clip to the rim of the hard hat and have a 'J' hook to swing up and out of the line of sight for storage.

Low Profile Glasses

Built the same as our regular viewing glasses but with out the 'J' hook. These glasses tuck up and under the bill of the hard hat for storage.
